Caleigh (pronounced kay'-lee) is an Americanized rendering of a Gaelic word [Ceilidh] for a musical celebration and that is what you will experience when you hear this group perform. Three Bemidji State University music graduates share their talents on a variety of instruments. Dee Furfaro provides the grounding percussion and bass as well as haunting lead vocals. Lenore Siems plays fiddle, viola, and mandolin while April Larson adds Celtic harp, keyboards, guitar, mandolin, and flute. Caleigh's music ranges from original music and arrangements to well-known contemporary works of Jay Ungar and Mary Black and on through traditional reels, jigs, and ballads.
