Gearing up for another year

Time to start making a few entries here again after another long layoff. It has been a busy summer and far too nice to spend much time sitting at the keyboard. I will be teaching genetics again this fall as well as ecology which will be a new course. The two are back to back and in the same room so that should be an interesting experience! I expect the ID cultural warriors to be out in force again this fall so that will likely occupy a good chunk thinking and writing here.

Things are good on the health front with another check-up scheduled for October -- complete with CT scans etc.
